Well another election has come and gone and nothing has changed.  I for one am very happy that the Conservatives did not get a majority government, but this is for selfish reasons.  I do not want a DMCA like act to pass in Canada and the Conservatives have been trying to get similar legislation through parliament, that would seriously effect my time shifting of televisions shows.

someone complaining about other drivers then just move along now.

So it was the thanks-giving long weekend here and we went to Kindersley to spend time with family.  On the way back home we hit the wonderful long weekend traffic.  I now know of the two most annoying kinds of drivers:

While yesterday marks Dana's first time running in an organized event.  She did outstanding, despite the high heat and poorly marked course.

Last year at this time I was busy applying for jobs and trying to get into school.  I was really unsure of what I would be doing for the winter and just hoping that we would have the money to get through.  Now a year later we are deeply in debt and ever so slowly working our way out, I have finished my undergraduate coursework, and have begun a new job.  What a difference a year makes.

Well this is another week of work and another week counting the days until the weekend.  Lately I have been loving my new job and the kind of work I am doing but not this week.  I started this week off in the worst possible way.
